In the American legal system, argumentative counsel is a non-custodial response that arises in response to an argument presented by the opposing attorney that prompts a cross-examination. The counsel does not participate in the actual cross-examination but, instead, challenges the attorney's argument. When the opposing attorney fails to rebut the argument, the court will ask the jury to determine if the attorney's argument is reasonable and whether they should rule in or out (if applicable) on the basis of their findings.
The body of the essay is where the main content will be located. This starts with the title and topic of the essay. The title is what makes the initial interest to the reader. If the title is interesting enough, readers would have a fair amount of anticipation about the content of the essay. After all, what better way to get the attention of the reader than to reveal what is to come of the essay. That is why the title is such a crucial part of the entire text.

This means that all the arguments have been covered in the introduction but at the same time you can add a few minor ones that are not covered in the introduction. Summary of arguments usually consists of three parts: introduction, the main body and the conclusion.
The essay should be very clear and concise, as any error in this area will greatly diminish the overall quality and precision of the argument. This means when the writer has concluded their argument, they simply forget about the next part of the essay, leading to poor editing and composition.
